Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. You can keep using Free for as long as you like, with 2 feedback boards and 3 team members. Requests, votes and comments are unlimited under normal use. Your public roadmap and changelog are included, and you don’t need a card.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Workspace owners can try Pro or Enterprise for 14 days, once per account. A card is required. Choose your plan in Settings → Billing after creating your workspace, and cancel before the trial ends if you don’t want to be charged. If you’ve already used a trial, you can subscribe directly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Workspace owners can change plans or cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Existing boards and members stay if you move to a smaller plan, but you can’t add more while over its limits. Private boards stay private; other paid features follow your new plan.
Is pricing per person or per workspace?
Per workspace. Each workspace has its own subscription, feedback boards and team. Pro and Enterprise include unlimited team members at no extra cost. Prices are in USD and include tax.
