Terms of service

These terms cover your use of hiint: the feedback boards, roadmaps and changelogs at hiint.app and on the board addresses it serves. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account and workspaces

You need an account to post, vote or comment, and one account can own or belong to many workspaces. You're responsible for what's posted under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. A workspace's owner is responsible for its team, its board and its billing.

Plans, trials and payment

Free workspaces stay free. Pro and Enterprise are paid monthly or yearly, with prices shown before you subscribe and tax included. A 14-day trial needs a card and is charged when it ends unless you cancel first; each account gets one trial. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from Manage billing; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and a workspace that drops to a lower plan keeps its boards and members but loses the features that plan doesn't include.

Your content

What you and your users post stays yours. You give hiint permission to store and show it so the product works, and you can export it or delete your workspace whenever you like. Don't post anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share.
