hiint stores what it needs to run your feedback boards and nothing more. This page says what that is, where it lives and who sees it.
What we store
Your name, email address and profile photo; the workspaces you belong to; and everything posted on a board: requests, votes, comments and changelog entries. Sign-in with Google or GitHub gives us your name, email and avatar from that provider and nothing else.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Neon (Postgres) and Cloudflare (files), email is sent through Resend, and payments are taken by Stripe, which holds your card details; hiint never sees them. Each of them processes data only on our behalf.
Who sees it
Public boards are public: anyone can read requests, votes and comments, and your name appears beside what you post. Private boards are limited to the people their workspace allows. Internal notes are visible only to a workspace's team. We don't sell data or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
You can change your name and photo, turn each kind of email off, export a workspace's data as CSV, or delete a workspace or your account at any time. Write to support@hiint.app for anything else.
